How do I cancel my order?
We accept order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, your order moves into production and can no longer be cancelled, modified, or edited.

Returns & Exchanges
Every Frame Lane order undergoes careful quality checks before it is shipped. However, in the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we're here to help.
Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
You have received the wrong product, or
The product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we will be unable to process claims submitted after this period.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund for the value of the product purchased. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
